We're looking for a Store Manager who wants more than keys to a building. This is an opportunity to lead a team, solve problems, create memorable customer experiences, and help shape the future of a growing local business.

As Store Manager, you'll help bring the Worthy Girl experience to life every day by:

  • Building, coaching, and developing a positive, high-performing team.

  • Creating customer experiences that keep people coming back.

  • Keeping the store organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

  • Solving problems before they become bigger problems.

  • Hiring, onboarding, and developing great people.

  • Leading our weekly Live Sales.

  • Keeping merchandising fresh, inspiring, and customer-focused.

  • Partnering with our Back of House team to keep inventory flowing.

  • Continuously improving systems, processes, and the overall Worthy Girl experience.

    • All work will be performed according to company policies and standards inherent in all position agreements, system action plans, operation manuals, ongoing policy memoranda, as well as facilities and dress codes

    • Problems of any systems must be brought to attention of your manager so that systems can be improved

    • Employees will provide staff assistance as requested; each employee may be asked from time to time to cover other areas of accountability and/or departments

    • All business communications, whether verbal, visual or written, whether for internal or external use, will be professional in tone and content and in accordance with applicable and existing company policies and standards

    • Employees will respect each other’s time, space and need for concentration. socializing and interruptions must not impede workflow

    • Employees will have a regularly scheduled meeting with their manager

    • Employees are encouraged to recommend ideas for improvement of their department and position that are consistent with the company’s vision

    • All calls and emails will be responded to within 2 hours whenever possible and within 1 business day at the latest

    • Must be motivated, respectful, courteous and take pride in doing a good job for the sake of doing a good job

    • Ability to work independently without being micromanaged

    • Never stop learning

    • Be proactive not reactive
